Morris (Moe) Turner, City Councilman and later Mayor of Lubbock, presents his recollections of the tornado of May 11, 1970, and the events following. He then expresses his opposition to the decision of Texas Tech President Grover Murray and the Board of Regents to block the extension of Indiana Avenue through the TTU campus.
