In this second interview, Karen Gibson talks in greater detail about some of the ordinances, bonds, projects, and services that the city council worked on during her tenure. Some of the topics include: Uber/Taxi services, tornado warning system, synthetic drugs, Citibus and other budget measures, texting and driving, and digital signs. She speaks on her work after her council service drug testing, the Imagine Lubbock project, considering parks, roads, and historic preservation within city budget constraints.
