Hadnot was born and raised in Jaspar, Texas and was recruited to play football at Texas Tech University. Early in his collegiate career Hadnot was converted from tight end to running back and he flourished in his new role. After a brief professional career Hadnot returned to Lubbock, Texas and is employed in a local industry.

Abstract
Sister, Three years older than himself, Music, Would be in every aspect of their lives, Dance band, People would send records to his dad, He could not read music, but knew how to play, Masons Beach- barn, Two rounds/two squares, Round dances, square dances, Chicken coop- snack bar, Choir, Dad put on menstrual shows; it wasn’t taboo at the time, Burlesque, Jamie O’Hara, Intermission- popcorn, One box had a gold watch, Everyone else had a penny inside, School, Dad was superintendent, Teacher, Grandpa was a teacher, The whole family worked in the school, or went to school, Lived on a farm $10 a month, Moved, Brian, Ohio, Not a social person, That’s why he wrote, to balance it out, Announcements, They would play his sound bites at school, Could not eat in public, Ohio University, Degree, Got a masters in print making and sculpting, Oklahoma, Interview, Oklahoma University, Campus corner, Got the job, Has been working there since 1965, Always wrote songs as favors, presents, etc…, Reading, Reading was a slow process, Had to re-read everything, If he can see it, he will understand it
