Jerry LeVias, the first black athlete in the Southwest Conference, discusses his life as an athlete from his early days of sports from junior high through his days in the pros. He discusses the hardships he went through both as an athlete and as an African American. He discusses how faith and fate brought him to SMU and how he succeeded throughout his career.
