This interview features Dan Kamp as he discusses his university years and the Texas Tech agriculture and architecture departments. Kamp explains his decision to go to college and what his freshman and sophomore years were like. He describes how he got interested in park management and planning and his friendship with Professor Urbanovsky. The interview closes with Kamp recalling spending a summer with Charles Doell, who was a guest professor at Texas Tech.
