This interview features Ernst Kiesling as he discusses his later career at Texas Tech University. In this interview, Dr. Kiesling explains his role as an administrator in the Civil Engineering Department, while also describing many of the programs, projects, and other endeavors he and the department undertook during his tenure at the university. The interview closes with Dr. Kiesling briefly touching on building a family and life in Lubbock and his religion.
