Mrs. Bledsoe recalls the long struggle to have bills passed by the Texas Legislature, and the hard work her husband, Senator Bledsoe, did in getting Texas Tech located in Lubbock. She also relates the impeachment of Governor James E. Ferguson and the part her husband played in the trial.
