On Side 1, Dr. Guion presents a general autobiography and sketches of his ancestors. The history of Kickapoo Kamp is thoroughly covered, with emphasis toward its activities and values. The interview with Kermit Kothe lasts about ten minutes with very little data, and the Rode House is not dealt with in any depth.
