Features the dedication ceremony of the University of Texas, Permian Basin, at Odessa, including the honoring of guests for their historical contributions to the Permian Historical Society.


Barney Hubbs July 8 and 12, 1977
These two tapes in which Hubbs discusses his family background, his beginnings in the newspaper and radio business, the establishment of Jal, New Mexico, and the life and reputation of Clay Allison.
