Arthur W. Lang, general manager of the Adolphus Hotel in Dallas, discusses his family’s history, that of the Adolphus, and the hotel business in general. During the interview he describes photographs and other scrapbook materials of the construction and interiors of the hotel and Busch/Budweiser beer motifs.
