This interview features John White as he discusses his family ancestory and his career teaching architecture. In this interview, White describes why his ancestors chose to live in Texas, and his mother and father’s sides of the family. He then moves on to recall what it was like growing up during the Great Depression and World War II. White recounts his school years and why he chose to pursue architecture, and teaching at Texas Tech University. He closes out the interview by providing his thoughts on the COVID-19 pandemic.
