explaining his background with farming and what he is currently up to with his farm. He then moves on to discuss the tractorcade and what it was like being a part of that movement. Chancey describes the snow storm that hit Washington D.C. and how the tractors were used to dig out and transport people, including a CIA building. Chancey ends the interview be recounting the trip back home.&lt;br /&gt;
