This interview features Jeff Griffith, city councilman of district three in the city of Lubbock. In this interview, Griffith begins by describing his family life and background growing up in Lubbock, Texas. Griffith then moves on to touch upon his memories of the Lubbock tornado and how it impacted his family’s business. Next, councilman Griffith discusses Lubbock programming, services, and development that he has been working on or wishes to see happen in the future. He mentions topics such as the Tornado James, Loop 88, and Citizen’s Tower. The interview closes with Griffith expressing how proud he is to be from Lubbock, and how proud citizens should be of their city.
